These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services and products provided by Reboot Era Technologies (SMC-Private) Limited ("Company," "we," "our," "us"), duly incorporated under the Companies Act, 2017 (XIX of 2017), registered with the SECP, PSEB, and FBR.
By engaging our services or using our products, you ("Client," "User," "you") agree to these Terms.
1Definitions
"Services" means mobile app development, web app development, custom CMS, cybersecurity solutions, audits, and SaaS membership products.
"Client Data" means any data, files, or information provided by you for service delivery.
"Deliverables" means software, reports, or products provided under a project.
"Force Majeure" means events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyber attacks, internet disruptions, government restrictions, or pandemics.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue parts of the Services with prior notice.
3Payments
Payments are accepted via bank transfers or approved third-party providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, banking APIs).
Unless otherwise agreed, all payments are non-refundable.
4Refund & Cancellation Policy
Once a project has started, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
For SaaS memberships (when launched), refunds will be granted only if requested within 7 days of initial payment and no substantial usage of the service has occurred.
5Intellectual Property
All deliverables, code, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Reboot Era Technologies.
Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license for agreed purposes.
Unauthorized resale, modification, or redistribution is prohibited.
6Warranties & Liability
Services are provided "as-is" without warranty.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.
Liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service.
7Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by Force Majeure events.
8Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
For Pakistani clients: governed by Pakistani law, disputes under the exclusive jurisdiction of Lahore courts.
For international clients: disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they may be referred to arbitration under Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Arbitration Rules, with English as the governing language.
9Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if:
Terms are breached,
Unlawful use occurs,
Security or system integrity is compromised.
10Amendments
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the "Last Updated" date.
